Our Policy
Merchandise sold by Anchor Uniform Co can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt.
We will gladly exchange an item if a suitable replacement is available.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the returned or exchanged item is a result of our error.
Shipping is to be paid by the customer for returns or exchanges if the correct items were shipped.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been washed.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item without a sales receipt
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be returned but not exchanged.
